RE Notes from Indiana Regional NCCC Governor’s Meetings, St Louis, MO
September 12, 2026
If you have club functions, make sure to send Frank Coolidge [email protected] your flyers
to share on region website. Also please review your club's information and links are accurate and working.
I recommend you check out the Region & National websites and Indiana Region NCCC
on Facebook for schedules and other happenings. www.indianaregion.org

Please Governors, make sure to share Region and NCCC meeting info with you
members; keep them informed!!
Renewals start Oct 1st and all clubs MUST have theirs done and given to RMD Becky
Graves and mailed by Nov 1 or bring to Nov 14th !! Her deadline to VP of Membership is
Nov 30th . Please also make sure your members address, phone & email addresses are
correct in the database.
REMEMBER if you do not need a Blue Bars magazine mailed to you and are ok viewing
it online let me know, that helps cut postage fees for NCCC. Same goes for the monthly
email from the President if you do not want to receive it simply go to bottom and
unsubscribe, as it is not SPAM which causes us bad ratings.
As you’re clubs vote in new officers we need your Club Information Sheets updated
ASAP PLEASE and sent to RMD.
Let Betty Parks know if you can help with 2027 convention in Bowling Green.
FYI Super September is this weekend (Sept 19-20), and Great Pumpkin (Oct 24-
25); these are Region Events, PLEASE SHARE this info with your members as the
region needs as much help as possible. Money raised helps supports the Region
Scholarships; which all your kids/grandkids can benefit from! You do not have to
chase cones we have golf carts at each corner, we need people to work gates,
tech, food donations for lunch; every little bit helps and we have a lot of good
food fun at these events!!
Governors THANK YOU for you Proxies we received all but 1 this meeting, and I
appreciate that so much!!
