2012 Awards Banquet - April 13

of Bill Callahan / Dick Satkamp Award
The 2012 Awards Banquet was held on April 13 at the Tippecanoe Shrine Club near Lafayette. The Lafayette Corvette Club was the host club to over 80 regional competitors and workers for a great meal and Awards presentation. This year 52 region members were able to earn a Region 200 Point Club Jacket, with these and other awards were presented after the meal.
The final award of the evening, The 2012 Bill Callahan and Dick Satkamp Award, was given to a very surprised John Morrow of the Hoosier Corvette Club. This award is given yearly to the person who the Region Competition Director feels exemplifies the qualities that we attribute to Bill Callahan and Dick Satkamp those being competitiveness, comradeship, leadership, and helpfulness.
The evening was a great success and everyone is looking forward to the 2013 Competition Season.
